Privacy
This site collects as little as it can, and it does not track you.
What is not here
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies — and so no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. Everything the page loads comes from this website.
- Nothing is sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
Your basket
What you put in your basket is stored in your own browser, on your own device, and never reaches us until you check out. Clearing your browser data clears it.
Messaging us on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta rather than by this website — anything you send there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. We see your phone number and whatever you send us, the same as if you had texted us directly.
When you book or order
Payment is taken by Stripe, who handle card details directly — we never see or store your card number. Stripe passes back your name, email address and phone number so we can confirm your place or your order and reach you if something changes.
If you order a kit, Stripe also passes back your delivery address, which is printed on the parcel and given to the carrier, because that is how a parcel arrives. Booking a class does not ask for an address at all — there is nothing to post, so there is no reason to hold one.
Photographs at classes
If photographs are taken at a class, you will be asked first, and you can say no at the time or afterwards without any fuss. If a picture of you or your child is somewhere you would rather it was not, say so and it comes down.
How long it is kept
Order and booking records are kept for six years, which is how long HMRC require business records to be retained. They are not used for marketing.
Emails
If you ask to hear when a new class goes up, your address is stored for that and nothing else, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — deletion applies to anything we are not legally required to keep. Ask through the contact page. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
