Delivery

Kits are posted anywhere in the UK for £3.50, and free over £40.

They go by Royal Mail, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Classes are not posted

Booking a place at a class does not involve anything being posted, and no delivery is charged on it. Your confirmation email has the date, the time and the address in it.

If you order a kit and book a class together, you pay one delivery charge for the kit and nothing for the place.

How long it takes

The carrier's own delivery aim is what applies. Tracked 48 is normally two to three working days after posting; Tracked 24 is normally the next working day. Neither is guaranteed by the carrier, and neither counts weekends or bank holidays.

You get an email the moment your kit is posted, so you never have to guess whether it has gone.

Outside the UK

Kits are not posted outside the United Kingdom at the moment.
